30min Wake Up & Stretch Yoga Class

In this class, we’ll flow through a series of gentle stretches that will release any tension and stiffness from your night’s rest. I’ll be focusing on breathwork throughout our practice to help you cultivate mindfulness and relaxation. No props are needed—just your mat and a willingness to connect with yourself. Whether you’re looking to shake off morning grogginess or simply want to incorporate some movement into your routine, I hope this class leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.
