“Yoga Nomes teaches a range of styles including, but not limited to, vinyasa flow, power yoga, mandala flow, yin, restorative, breathwork and meditation.”

Do you offer payment plans?

Are your retreats vegan or vegetarian?

“The simple answer is no. For those of you who choose to eat meat then we focus on gut healthy meals and nutrition. We will offer many tools regarding diet and nutrition to take home with you.”

Where do you host retreats?

“We host retreats world-wide, constantly on the look out for new, interesting and beautiful locations to host yoga & mediation in a way that offers you a unique experience.”

Will I see animals on your retreat?

“Yes absolutely, we love wildlife and treat it with the greatest respect but all of our retreats include both wildlife and nature.”

How will I feel after one of your retreats?

“Ultimately your experience is your very own, but our goal is for you to take something home from the retreat in way that makes you feel more peaceful, more joyous and to feel more balanced every day.”
